| If you encounter a problem with your system, write down any beep codes or error messages you experience. Be prepared to provide the Customer Care representative a clear description of the problem. |
Before calling the Customer Care Center have the following information ready:
- The brand and model number of the equipment
- The system's asset tag number (or serial number)
- The name(s) and version(s) of the application(s) running when the problem occurred
- The brand(s) and model(s) of any peripherals being used
- Any beep codes and/or error messages
- The results of any diagnostic tests
- What you were doing when the problem occurred
- What steps you've already taken to resolve the problem
